Process

A four-step sprint, not a two-year project

We start with one process, agree a fixed scope, build it, and keep it running. You always know what's next and what it costs.

  1. 1

    Audit

A free 30-minute call. We list what your team still does in Excel, WhatsApp and on paper, and pick the one process worth fixing first.

    30 minutes, free

You leave with the first process to fix and what it involves.

  2. 2

    Blueprint

We map the workflow, the screens and the data before any code. You get a fixed scope, a quote and a timeline.

    Fixed scope and quote

Screens, data and workflow agreed and quoted on complexity before any code.

  3. 3

    Build sprint

We build the system, move your old data across, and test it against the way your team really works.

    Working software

Old data migrated, tested against how your team really works.

  4. 4

    Run & improve

Each month we fix what breaks, adjust the workflow, and add features inside the agreed scope.

    Monthly retainer

Maintenance, adjustments and new features within scope.

Priced on complexity, quoted after your free audit

Every system is different, so we don't publish a price list. After the free 30-minute audit we quote based on complexity — a fixed price for the build and a monthly fee to run and improve it — before any work starts.
